Abner - Fingerprint Ring
Customizations: The major defining factor in the final outcome of fingerprint jewelry is the quality and detail of the fingerprint impression itself. This impression determines how accurately the intricate details of a fingerprint—such as whorls, loops, and ridges—translate onto the jewelry piece. Achieving a clear and well-defined fingerprint at the beginning of the process is crucial, as it affects the clarity, texture, and realism of the final design. This will ensure that the final piece is both visually appealing and preserves the sentimental value of the fingerprint in fine detail.

Guidelines:
1. Heavily colour-in a piece of paper with a pencil. A normal Mongol #2 pencil will be fine but if you have a charcoal drawing pencil will even be better.
2. Rub a clean, dry finger over the patch of pencil until the carbon from the pencil transfers to the finger.
3. Lightly touch the finger to the sticky side of the tape to create your fingerprint, then stick the tape to a clean sheet of white paper.
4. Take lots of prints until you achieve a print with clear detail that you would like to use for your jewelry.
5. Once you have a print you like, take a close-up photo using your phone. Ensure your camera is in focus and that you have a good light.
6. Send your print to us at tenderfootjewels@gmail.com stating your name & order number. We'll e-mail you to confirm receipt, and will line up your order for work.
Each and every piece of jewelry we make is individually handcrafted and it is a unique piece of art. If you see some of our work and request similar style and looks, we can accept that but keep in mind no two pieces of jewelry will ever be 100% the same so an exact copy of my previous work is not guaranteed.
